NOTE: All events and activities will be in Des Moines at the Scottish Rite Consistory, 519 Park Street.
Registration – Credentials will be open from 12:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. on Thursday, 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. on Friday, and 7:00 A.M. on Saturday located on the Second Floor.
Meal Tickets – Will be available for pickup 12:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. Thursday, 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. on Friday located on the Second Floor.
Thursday, September 14:
8:00 A.M. – The Annual Grand Lodge School of Instruction begins in the Grand Lodge room.;
DL School One will be in the Class Room; DL School Two in the Blue Lodge Room and the Craft School in the Banquet Hall.
12:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. – Credentials open on the 2nd Floor, Meal tickets available for pickup on the 2nd Floor.
12:00 P.M. – Buffet Lunch in the Banquet Hall.
1:00 P.M. – Resume Grand Lodge School of Instruction
5:00 P.M. – Social Hour in the Banquet Hall.
6:00 P.M. – “Grand Master’s Fellowship Banquet” in the Grand Ballroom. During the banquet the T.S. Parvin and Teacher of the Year Awards will be presented.
Friday, September 15:
7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. – Credentials open in pre-convention area. Meal tickets available for pickup on the 2nd Floor.
8:30 A.M. – Annual Communication opens in the Grand Lodge Room.
12:00 P.M. – Lunch provided by Iowa Scottish Rite in the Grand Ballroom.
1:00 P.M. – Annual Communication resumes.
5:00 P.M. – Social Hour in the Grand Ballroom.
6:00 P.M. – All-Masonic Banquet in the Grand Ballroom. Following the banquet will be the installation of the 2023-24 Grand Lodge Officers in the Grand Lodge Room.
Saturday, September 16:
7:00 A.M. to 8:30 A.M. – Credentials open on the 2nd Floor.
7:00 A.M. to 8:30 A.M. – Breakfast provided by Iowa York Rite Bodies in the Grand Ballroom.
8:30 A.M. – The Annual Communication resumes labor.

Wednesday, Afternoon, September 13
2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. – Ladies Hospitality in the Tapestry Room will be open to receive silent auction items.
Thursday, September 14
8:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. – Ladies Hospitality in the Tapestry Room open for registration. Silent auction items will be available to bid on. Enjoy visiting with friends as you come-and-go throughout the day.
12:00 P.M. – Buffet Lunch in the Banquet Hall.
2:00 P.M. – Fun Group Outing – promote self care by spending time together downtown shopping and relaxing.
Friday, September 15
9:00 A.M. – Program – “Philanthropy; What is it Really” by Paula Wiley.
Necrology Service (in Grand Lodge Room) at 11:30 A.M.. All ladies are encouraged to attend.
Noon to 1:00 P.M. – Ladies Lunch in the Tapestry Room.
Saturday, September 16
8:30 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. – Continental Breakfast in the Tapestry Room hosted by the 2022– 2023 Grand Lodge Ladies.
